Status: Pre-launch policy for a tool currently in development.
Who operates the tool
WizAds Internal Google Ads Assistant is operated by wizads di vasile brindusa antonia, Italy.
For privacy questions or requests, contact: antonia@antonia-vasile.com.
The tool is intended for authorised agency personnel managing Google Ads accounts on behalf of clients. It is not a public service or a client login portal.
Information the tool accesses
With appropriate Google account authorisation, the tool will access information needed to analyse and manage authorised Google Ads accounts. This may include:
Account, campaign, ad group and advertising resource identifiers and names.
Campaign settings, budgets, statuses and keywords.
Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and conversion value.
Records of requested campaign changes and their results.
The integration will also use authentication credentials to connect to Google Ads. It does not require Gmail inbox access.
How information is used
Information will be used to provide campaign reporting, analyse performance, prepare changes requested by the agency operator, execute authorised changes and verify their results.
The tool will access only accounts the agency is authorised to manage. Access will end when the agency’s authority to manage an account ends.
Processing through OpenAI Codex
The tool will use OpenAI Codex as its conversational interface. Relevant Google Ads information included in requests and tool results will therefore be transmitted to OpenAI for processing. This may include account identifiers, campaign information, performance figures and change results.
This is not an entirely local or offline application. OpenAI’s processing and retention are governed by the applicable service terms, account settings and data-processing arrangements. These arrangements will be confirmed before live client data is processed.
Authentication secrets will not intentionally be included in conversations or reports.
Sharing and access
Information will be available to authorised agency personnel, the relevant client where reports are provided, and service providers needed to operate the tool, including Google and OpenAI.
We will not sell Google Ads data or disclose one client’s account information to another client. Any additional disclosure required by law will be limited to the applicable requirement.
Retention and deletion
Locally saved client reports and change logs will be retained while the client contract is active and deleted within 30 days after it ends. The deletion procedure will cover copies and backups controlled by the tool.
This rule does not delete the client’s original campaigns, performance history or other records held in Google Ads. Copies delivered to the client are controlled by the client.
Copies processed or retained through Codex require separate deletion arrangements and are not automatically removed when local files are deleted. Those arrangements will be established before production use.
Credentials will be removed or revoked when they are no longer required for authorised access.
Security
Before production use, the tool will implement access restrictions, protected credential storage, secure connections and controls limiting campaign changes to authorised operations. Credentials will be excluded from source control and operational logs.
Revoking access and making requests
Clients may contact antonia@antonia-vasile.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of information held by the agency, or to end the tool’s access to their account.
Google account holders can also revoke the application’s authorisation through their Google account settings. Revoking access prevents further authorised retrieval but does not itself delete previously saved information.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated as implementation is completed. Material changes to data access, use or sharing will be disclosed before the changed processing begins, with renewed authorisation where required.
This policy covers the WizAds Internal Google Ads Assistant. It does not describe unrelated website cookies, visitor analytics or other agency services.
